One of the most valuable elements of our organization is our full-service technical design team. We have a fine-tuned sample room managed by a master pattern maker and technical design group. This organization allows exclusive feasibility assessment and validation of every product for all our customers. Any technical hurdles or adjustments to patterns and prototypes are treated with a white-glove service to ensure optimal fit, quality and construction. We conduct pilot cuts and test orders for our partners to eliminate any unpredicted issues in bulk production. We pride ourselves in having a very extensive library of patterns and fit blocks that we offer our customers. We are also considered experts in special sizes including Big & Tall, Plus, Missy and Maternity.

WASH & APPLIQUE POWERHOUSE

As a recognized key player in the fashion industry in Los Angeles we have established collaboration and partnerships with the leading wash houses. We are pioneers in developing the newest trend-valid washes, textures & appliques and actively search for creativity within the wash houses to allow our woven fabric qualities to be showcased. We work closely with our retail customers and brand partners to offer them the newest technology in fabric and product washing.
